Just wanted to let everyone know that Munchkin was born at 9:42 AM CST on September 5th. He's healthy, active and has a "great" cry. Mom, Dad and baby are all doing well and look forward to bringing our babay home (hopefully with a name by then) in the next 2-3 days. Without further delay, here are some pictures!

yeah for baby! tell my nephew he can come stay with Aunt Dirty and Uncle Pate anytime he wants. (It'll be a little test of whether or not he's an animal lover) We're so happy for you. We love you guys.
Congrats from Vermont!! Everything looks good and sounds good. That swaddle looks professional, Jason must have been practicing on the cats like I suggested.
On the subject of names, Derek has a very strong sound to it......
CONGRATULATIONS! :) Just got the phone call from Carol - maybe I can call tonight if it's not too late... Glad to hear it was a safe delivery, I was crossing my fingers! And how hilarious that the fortune cookie was accurate ... I'm telling you, Chinese people have special intuitions... :P
